Payout Structure

• Consignors receive 60% of the sale price.
• Sprout retains 40% to cover listing, marketing, and transaction fees.
• Payouts are made immediately following each sale via Venmo, PayPal, or Cash.

Accepted Items

We accept gently used, clean, and in-season items in newborn to youth size 14, including:

• Clothing (fall/winter or spring/summer depending on season)
• Shoes
• Toys
• Books
• Baby gear

All items must be:

• Freshly laundered and wrinkle-free (hangers prefered).
• Free from stains, rips, peeling, or excessive wear
• In working condition with no missing pieces
• Include batteries (if required) so functionality can be confirmed

Listing Duration

• Items are listed for 30 or 60 days, as chosen by the consignor.
• Unsold items at the end of the listing period may be donated or reclaimed (upon request).
• Reclaimed items must be picked up within 7 days of expiration.
• Donated items will be used to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Pickup Information

We currently service the following zip codes:
18104, 18106, 18011, 18031, 18049, 18062, 18069, and 18087.
Pickups are available Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM.

When scheduling your pickup, we’ll review items quickly and confirm what we can accept.

Consignment Agreement

By consigning with Sprout, you agree to the following terms:

• Sprout reserves the right to accept or reject any items.
• Sprout may adjust the sale price of any item at any time for any reason.
• Consignor agrees to donate or reclaim expired items within 7 days of the listing period.
• All donated items support Sprout’s Donation Sale for Breast Cancer Research.
• A signed contract confirming the 60/40 split and your donation or pick-up preference will be required.

Communication

• You’ll be notified by email when items sell (if you have an active Sprout account).
• Sprout handles all buyer interactions, inquiries, and shipping.

How Sprout Prices Items

We carefully price each item to balance fair resale value for buyers and maximum return for consignors:

• Market Research – comparing current prices for similar items online.
• Brand & Condition – premium brands and like-new items get top dollar; everyday items are priced affordably.
• Seasonal Relevance – items are listed in the most appropriate season.
• Bundle & Discount Strategy – occasional bundles or discounts encourage faster sales (your payout percentage stays the same).
• Sprout’s Goal – fast sales + fair returns for every consignor.
